Who is SaLT for?

Anyone who works with others, from students and emerging professionals to established executives, plus teens through SaLTeen.

How long does it take?

Twenty-one lessons and three assessments, packaged into fourteen courses. Pace depends on your cohort or your in-house schedule.

Can my company run it in-house?

Yes. SaLT is delivered on site for teams, scheduled around your operations, with a group assessment and report.

Do I get a certificate?

Participants who complete the courses and assessments receive certification and join the SaLT alumni network.

Where do the sessions hold?

Open cohorts run in Lagos and online. In-house training is delivered at your premises, anywhere in Nigeria and beyond by arrangement.
