SaLT Alumni

The programme ends. The lattice does not.

Every cohort leaves with more than a certificate. It leaves with a set of people who have practised the same principles, and who stay reachable to one another afterwards.

01 · What it is

A body of people, and a way to reach them.

Alumni come from different cohorts, tiers and organisations, and share one thing: they have practised the same language of trust, integrity and bonding.

Across cohorts

Beyond the room you were in.

The people in your own cohort are the ones you already know. The network is everyone else who has been through the same twenty-one lessons, in other rooms and other years.

Across tiers

Empro to Executive.

A crossing that is difficult to arrange in ordinary professional life, and straightforward here, because both sides have practised the same thing and know what the other was taught.

Across organisations

Different desks, one standard.

Alumni sit in different companies, sectors and cities. An introduction between them carries the weight of a shared standard rather than a cold approach.

02 · How it works

Ask, and we make the introduction.

There is no directory to browse and no profile to keep up to date. The network is held by us and worked by hand, which is slower and considerably more useful.

Step 01

Tell us what you need

A skill, a sector, a city, or simply someone who has stood where you are standing now.

Step 02

We look

Across cohorts and tiers, for alumni whose experience actually matches what you asked for.

Step 03

Both sides agree

Nothing is shared until the other person says yes. Then the two of you are introduced, and it is yours to carry from there.

03 · Who is already in it

People who have been through it.

It is often daunting to initiate change, but less so when the steps are presented in byte-size modules that are easily assimilated. SaLT clarified my passion for positive change and gave me practical frameworks to start with myself: the building blocks of trust and bonding with a community of like-minded people eager to create synergistic relationships that impact change within our spheres of influence.

The values taught in SaLT are what we need to make our world a better place. More information has not helped us become more humane. SaLT touches our humanity, and has helped me become a more whole person.

SaLT was a refreshing course that let you rethink words you used or heard regularly, and challenged your thinking to a deeper understanding of how and what you engage as action to this new way of thinking.

04 · Joining

If you have completed SaLT, you are already in it.

Finishing the fourteen courses and the three assessments makes you an alumnus. There is no fee and no application. Register your details so we can reach you when an introduction is worth making, and so you can ask for one.

I finished years ago. Am I still included?
Yes. Every cohort since 2016 counts, and there is nothing to renew. Register your current details so we can reach you.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Access comes with completing the programme and stays with you.
Will my details be shared with other alumni?
Not without your agreement. We hold them, and we ask you before passing anything to anyone, as set out in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.
I have not taken SaLT yet.
Start with the programmes. The network follows completion, in any of the four tiers.
Next step

Invest in how your team thinks.

Bring SaLT in-house for your people, sponsor a cohort, or begin with yourself. Tell us the outcome you are after and we will shape the right track.
